Sleek place with informative staff at check-out, really enjoyed it. I was there for 3 nights and ate at casual restaurant for breakfast. Nearby an underground station, the location was stunning and super, much to do in the area though

general appearance of the hotel, cleanliness, cleaning staff, is in the Metro and Bethesda Cycler stop. check in and out, were excellent. staff that welcomed and dismissed me, of a high quality
The last night, I managed to get a lady to respond to my good night greeting (in English of course my greeting and her reply), the other nights I did not get a reply to my greeting from any of the gentlemen at the reception desk. The breakfast place has no heating, if we think that Bethesda at the time I was there had an average of 15 degrees below zero, you can imagine that of the 11 days I was staying I only had breakfast 3. The night I arrived, I wanted to have dinner, I was informed that the grill was open until 23:00, it was 21:45. They wouldn't even serve me a sandwich. I went to the reception, and with astonishment they consulted and suddenly smelled it, the grill served me dinner. The manager solved everything with great skill.

The staff provided really good assistance throughout my stay, especially when I needed help with last-minute meeting arrangements. The room was well-appointed with a reliable workspace and a comfortable bed. The fitness center was adequately equipped, allowing me to maintain my routine . The facilities were clean and well-maintained.
The check-in process was disorganized and took longer than expected.

Convenient access to the metro directly underneath the hotel made getting to the National Institutes of Health easy, with just a two-minute ride. The on-site Starbucks offered a much-appreciated caffeine fix in the lobby, perfect for starting the day.
Parking can be a bit of a hassle-valet service seemed disorganized and slow, which might be frustrating during busy times. Another point worth noting is the lack of breakfast options available. The nearest dining choices for morning meals require a bit of a walk, so plan ahead if you're wanting an easy breakfast.

The hotel's StayFit(TM) Gym was excellent, with Peloton bikes and plenty of free weights. Plus, we enjoyed exploring the nearby shops and cafes. Just a heads up , the hotel is clean and well-maintained, and staff are friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, I did encounter an issue with slow room service on one day of my stay. It took a while to get our requests fulfilled, a bit frustrating during our busy schedule.

Food-wise, you can't beat the options nearby-Morton's The Steakhouse is a total baller for a classic night out. Plus, the easy access to the Metro makes hopping into DC for some culinary explorations easy! Talk about location magic 🌟
The hotel didn't serve breakfast on the weekend, a bummer. And losing the phone connection to the front desk? Total pain. Thankfully, we found a killer local brunch spot nearby 🌞
